Job Requirements

  • Two years management experience
  • Ability to lead a team effectively
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven track record in restaurant or similar environment
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of management experience
  • Experience managing high volume quick-service restaurants preferred
  • Background in hospitality or retail is a plus
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals and maintain standards

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant while ensuring compliance with standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
  • Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals
  • Lead and coach Department Managers to improve performance
  • Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • Monitor and follow up on departmental goals and progress
  • Provide direction and motivation to staff
  • Maintain high customer service standards
