- Familiarity with fine dining standards and bartending practices
- Strong leadership ability and supervisory skills

- Availability to work day and evening shifts

Job Duties
- Supervise all aspects of the restaurant including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage inventory levels and control costs effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
- Train schedule and motivate staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
