We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $65,168 to $68,870 and is ideal for a leader with a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for the hospitality industry. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's performance. This role demands excellent leadership skills, the ability to train and motivate staff, and proficiency in inventory and budget management to maximize profitability.

The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and implementing effective strategies to meet revenue targets, maintaining high standards for cleanliness and health and safety compliance, and handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
