  • Knowledge of food handling kitchen management food production and food safety protocols
  • Familiarity with fine dining standards and bartending practices
  • Strong leadership ability and supervisory skills
  • Experience in inventory management and budgeting
  • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Availability to work day and evening shifts

  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Supervise all aspects of the restaurant including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs effectively
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Train schedule and motivate staff members
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
