Job Requirements

minimum of one year in the industry as restaurant manager
high school diploma or GED

Job Qualifications

minimum of one year experience as a restaurant manager
high school diploma or GED
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
experience in staff training and development

Job Duties

assist the general manager in managing the operations and staff of the restaurant
execute all company policies, procedures, programs and systems
ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices
participate in the selection, orientation and training of crew members
maintain a safe and productive work environment
monitor employee performance and provide feedback
support the general manager in achieving business goals
