Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
  • ability to manage multiple locations and drive results
  • commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
  • legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Preferred one year of management experience in the foodservice industry
  • self-motivated and positive attitude with a passion for hospitality
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple Chili's locations
  • uphold high standards of food service and hospitality
  • hire, train, retain, and develop team members
  • implement state-of-the-art procedures to manage all restaurant functions
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain a positive and fun work environment
  • drive sales and operational success at all locations
