Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
- ability to manage multiple locations and drive results
- commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple Chili's locations
- uphold high standards of food service and hospitality
- hire, train, retain, and develop team members

- maintain a positive and fun work environment
- drive sales and operational success at all locations
