The Manager role at Bonefish Grill involves overseeing the daily operations of both the front-of-house and back-of-house functions within the restaurant. This position requires a blend of leadership, operational acumen, and customer service excellence. Managers are entrusted with maintaining the establishment's appearance, ensuring high standards of food presentation, and delivering memorable customer experiences. With limited supervision, the Manager plays a critical role in guiding employees professionally and supporting their career development. Job Requirements

  • One year previous restaurant management experience
  • Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
  • Certification in food safety preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties

  • Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
  • Maintain high employment quality standards aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand
  • Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members
  • Implement effective security protocols to ensure employee and guest safety
  • Comply with operational, safety and sanitation standards, company policies, and health inspections
