Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of management experience in restaurant or retail operations
- excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- strong problem-solving abilities
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- reliable and adaptable to shift work including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality degree preferred
- 3-5 years in management within full-service restaurants or retail
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
- experience with multi-unit management is a plus
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across OTG's diverse concepts from retail to QSR to full-service
- elevate all food and beverage products to meet quality and presentation standards
- own scheduling and staffing to support every shift
- drive onboarding and deliver strong training plans for new Crewmembers
- create a positive workplace culture where Crewmembers feel supported and motivated
- champion safety and ensure compliance with OTG policies, workplace laws, and safety standards
- take action on Coyle + NSF audits and lead corrective measures with urgency
- communicate OTG policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and CBA for consistency
