Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior leadership experience required
- minimum of 2 years experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- availability to work various shifts including weekends
- compliance with state-mandated age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- physical ability to stand for entire shift and walk long periods without resting
- lifting and transferring up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach and handle objects and tools
- ability to bend and stoop
- ability to taste and smell
- verbal communication skills
- visual acuity including close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception
- able to access all restaurant areas including selling floor, stock area, and register

Job Duties
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- assigning and directing work
- appraising performance
- rewarding and disciplining employees
- addressing complaints and resolving problems
- coaching and mentoring team members for success
- modeling professional behavior to create a hospitable atmosphere
- assisting team members with job duties as needed
- building store sales via marketing programs
- championing sales and suggestive selling
- maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meeting and greeting guests while resolving food quality and service issues
- maintaining efficient operations and cost controls
- ensuring OSHA, health and safety compliance
- enforcing safe work behaviors
- monitoring cleanliness and food quality
- controlling day-to-day operations including cash control and reviewing financial reports
- managing food costs through portion control and inventory management
- controlling labor costs with effective scheduling
- performing all other duties as assigned
