Job Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English
  • A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in a restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in managing both front- and back-of-house operations
  • Commitment to providing outstanding hospitality
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously

Job Duties

  • Manage all store operations including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Lead and develop restaurant team members to provide excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Ensure high standards of care, hospitality, and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with home office support to meet business goals
  • Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations
  • Drive sales and business results through effective leadership
