Job Requirements
- Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
- Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be fluent in English
- A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in a restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in managing both front- and back-of-house operations
- Commitment to providing outstanding hospitality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Job Duties
- Manage all store operations including front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities
- Lead and develop restaurant team members to provide excellent guest and employee experiences
- Ensure high standards of care, hospitality, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with home office support to meet business goals
- Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health regulations
- Drive sales and business results through effective leadership
