Cracker Barrel is a well-established restaurant and retail chain known for its warm hospitality, delicious food, and unique shopping experience. Since its founding in 1969, Cracker Barrel has created an inviting environment where guests feel welcomed and employees are valued as part of a close-knit community. With over 70,000 team members across hundreds of stores nationwide, the company has firmly rooted itself as a trusted and beloved brand offering not only comfort food and retail treasures but also a place where people can reconnect and find a sense of home. Cracker Barrel’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the dining table to fostering meaningful relationships, personal growth, and mutual support among its employees, reflecting its belief that great moments are made through the people who create them.

The role of Restaurant Associate Manager at Cracker Barrel is a dynamic leadership position that combines a passion for people with restaurant management expertise. This role requires overseeing all store operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and driving business results. With home office support available 24/7, Restaurant Associate Managers have access to the resources needed for success and are empowered to lead their teams with care and dedication. This position offers a rewarding blend of challenges and opportunities to influence the employee experience and guest satisfaction positively. Candidates in this role will play a vital part in upholding the Cracker Barrel culture of care, warmth, and hospitality that has been cherished for more than five decades.

Cracker Barrel values its managers as role models who demonstrate care and leadership in every interaction. The company invests heavily in training and development to equip managers with the skills to inspire and guide their teams effectively. Opportunities for career growth are plentiful, with nearly 100% of General Manager and District Manager openings filled through internal promotion. The company fosters an atmosphere where employees are encouraged to grow, learn, and succeed alongside their leaders.

This full-time position typically requires working 50 hours per week, arranged as five 10-hour shifts, including holidays and weekends as needed. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, be fluent in English, and exhibit a caring attitude with a commitment to hospitality. The starting pay range for this role is $19.23 to $23.53 per hour, reflecting Cracker Barrel’s dedication to fair and competitive compensation. Beyond salary, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and future financial security.

Working at Cracker Barrel means being part of a team that values collaboration, respect, and shared purpose. It is a place where the moments that matter—both big and small—are created every day by people who truly care. If you are passionate about leading others, delivering excellent customer service, and developing your career in a supportive and growth-oriented environment, Cracker Barrel invites you to pursue the career you crave and apply now.
