Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of management experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or retail
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching

Job Duties
- Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation
- Support brand consistency and implement the store strategy and action plan
- Motivate team to complete the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction
- Comply with company procedures and maximize productivity and profitability
- Hire, train, and monitor the development of staff
- Lead local store marketing initiatives
- Engage and support the Restaurant Management Team through performance and training
