Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of management experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or retail
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule
  • Ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions such as pushing, pulling, and stretching

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in food and beverage service, management, hospitality, or retail environment
  • Exceptional guest service and time management skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of company procedures and operational standards
  • Retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience
  • Age 18 or above
  • Flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Maintain and manage the restaurant environment by monitoring store presentation
  • Support brand consistency and implement the store strategy and action plan
  • Motivate team to complete the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Comply with company procedures and maximize productivity and profitability
  • Hire, train, and monitor the development of staff
  • Lead local store marketing initiatives
  • Engage and support the Restaurant Management Team through performance and training
