This full-time Manager role involves overseeing restaurant operations, leading teams, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The position includes a competitive salary, biannual performance reviews, and quarterly incentive payouts based on restaurant performance. Managers are expected to maintain a five-day workweek with approximately 50 hours scheduled weekly, including no more than three closing shifts. The company offers a comprehensive eight-week Management Training Program to equip new leaders with the skills necessary for success. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
