The Restaurant Manager position at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is a key leadership role responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in managing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all restaurant zones during a shift. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
- Able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Must complete all required Raising Cane’s company training programs
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven and flexible
