Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience for external candidates
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to comfortably speak, write and comprehend English
  • Basic computer skills, Excel preferred
  • Must have good customer service and communication skills
  • Capable of adapting to business needs and solving problems quickly
  • Demonstrates stamina, focus, and compliance while managing shift

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Business Administration or Hospitality preferred
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum two years restaurant experience for external candidates
  • Good record of results and brand knowledge for internal candidates
  • Functional understanding of profit and loss statements, cost controls, and restaurant operations
  • Problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting
  • Successful completion of background and drug screening
  • Demonstrates stamina, focus, and service-driven abilities

Job Duties

  • Assist the management team in staffing and operational activities to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Supervise and direct hourly staff to maintain quality, quantity, customer service, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, orienting, and training hourly employees while evaluating performance and recommending wage increases
  • Utilize company training tools to educate team members on restaurant operations
  • Maintain restaurant equipment and facility according to company guidelines and report necessary repairs
  • Perform administrative tasks such as payroll actions, inventory ordering, audits, deposits, scheduling, and incident reporting
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to guest complaints
  • Attend meetings and training sessions to stay current with certifications and company policies
  • Support the general manager in planning and implementing local marketing activities
  • Ensure compliance with accounting functions and internal audit guidelines
  • Perform other duties as assigned
