Job Requirements

  • at least three years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant or retail hospitality
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • understanding of food, labor, and bar cost management
  • able to work well with team members and customers
  • self-driven and energetic
  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • capable of creating a positive and engaging atmosphere

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate restaurant staff to achieve excellent customer service
  • recruit, hire, and train new employees
  • manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
  • control food, labor, and bar costs to maximize profitability
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • drive sales and implement marketing initiatives
