At its core, Jose Andres Group is committed to making a positive impact through exceptional service, culinary excellence, and a deep respect for both guests and employees.

The role of Restaurant Manager at Jose Andres Group is a full-time salaried position reporting directly to the General Manager within the Operations - Front of House department. The salary range offered ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be instrumental in leading and managing front-of-house service teams to deliver a world-class culinary and hospitality experience. This role requires taking ownership of all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring each shift runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably while maintaining the highest standards of guest service. Additionally, you will take a proactive role in talent development through clear communication of expectations, accountability, and recruiting top-tier candidates who align with the group’s standards. Providing timely and constructive feedback and consistently implementing training programs are critical to your leadership approach. You will be a dedicated teacher and mentor, committed to helping hourly employees grow professionally.

As an ambassador of the JAG culture, you will communicate the company’s vision clearly to all stakeholders, including team members, guests, students, vendors, and the wider community. Leading by example through accountability, ownership, and initiative, you will anticipate operational needs and actively manage challenges with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset. Your ability to embrace and manage change will be essential as you work to uphold the highest quality standards without compromise.

Managing daily operations will also be a key part of your role. This includes adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to all applicable legal requirements such as ABC laws and health standards, and managing communication across shifts to prevent recurring issues. Your leadership will include managing financial results by controlling budgets, inventory, waste, labor scheduling, and payroll efficiently. Proficiency with industry software tools such as Craftable, Open Table, and point-of-sale systems will support your success in maintaining profitable and well-run shifts.
