Job Qualifications

  • previous general manager experience in high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail

  • ability to set and achieve goals
  • effective communication and coaching skills
  • experience with operational and financial management
  • minimum age of 18 years as required for the position

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
  • lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • ensure operational excellence in a high volume quick service restaurant
  • manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline of employees
  • support continuous improvement in all restaurant departments
