Job Qualifications
- previous general manager experience in high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants or hospitality or retail

- effective communication and coaching skills
- experience with operational and financial management
- minimum age of 18 years as required for the position
Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them
- lead a team of Department Managers by setting goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- ensure operational excellence in a high volume quick service restaurant
- manage staffing, scheduling, and discipline of employees
- support continuous improvement in all restaurant departments
