The role being offered is that of a Restaurant Manager, a crucial leadership position responsible for managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations with limited supervision. This role ensures that the restaurant's appearance, presentation, and customer experience meet the highest standards. The Manager leads by example, maintaining professional leadership and offering direction to staff to uphold Bonefish Grill’s brand reputation. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing staffing through scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining quality employment standards. The manager also plays an active role in the career development of hourly team members, fostering a positive team environment that encourages growth and motivation.

Additionally, the Restaurant Manager implements rigorous security protocols to guarantee the safety of both employees and guests, complies with all operational, safety, sanitation standards, and adheres to federal, state, and local laws to ensure the restaurant passes health inspections. The manager is expected to respond to guest comments, building loyalty and setting service standards for the restaurant. They must have a comprehensive working knowledge of the entire menu and preparation standards, actively engaging with the community and local market to enhance the restaurant’s presence.

This position requires the candidate to have at least one year of previous restaurant management experience, be flexible with scheduling, and be at least 21 years old. Preferred qualifications include experience in full-service restaurant management including bar operations, food safety certification, willingness to relocate, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
