The Manager role at Bonefish Grill is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations within the restaurant. Working with limited supervision, the Manager ensures that the restaurant maintains high standards in appearance, food presentation, and customer experience while leading and directing employees with professionalism. This role includes responsibilities such as managing staffing levels, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members while adhering to Bonefish Grill’s quality and brand standards. In addition, the Manager actively participates in the career development of hourly team members, promoting growth opportunities within the organization. Security is a top priority, and the Manager implements effective protocols to maintain the safety of both employees and guests at all times.
Compliance with operational, safety, sanitation standards, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws is essential. Ensuring that health inspections meet state requirements is part of the Manager’s duties to maintain a safe and clean environment. Customer service excellence is critically important, as the Manager is responsible for responding to guest comments, building loyalty, and setting a high service standard for the restaurant. The role requires comprehensive knowledge of the entire menu and preparation standards to support kitchen and service staff. Moreover, the Manager is encouraged to engage with the community and explore market-related opportunities that will benefit the restaurant's presence and business growth.
This position demands individuals who are 21 years or older, with at least one year of previous restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service environment that includes bar operations. Food safety certification is considered an asset, as is willingness to relocate within the assigned region. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools is also preferred to handle reporting and scheduling efficiently. The work schedule is flexible to accommodate the dynamic nature of restaurant operations.
The compensation range for this management role is between $56,485 and $70,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on eligibility and other business performance factors. Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21 years
- One year previous restaurant management experience
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Willingness to relocate within the assigned region preferred

- One year experience in full-service including bar restaurant management preferred
