Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Able to manage schedules and labor costs
- Must be energetic and self-motivated

Job Duties
- Understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly and courteous service
- Ensure food and products are prepared and served according to recipes, portions, cooking and serving standards
- Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, facility appearance, sanitation and cleanliness through training and a positive work environment
- Control cash and receipts by adhering to handling and reconciliation procedures
- Advise on employment and termination decisions
- Fill in to maintain guest service and operational efficiency
- Develop staff in operational, personal and professional areas
- Prepare required paperwork including forms, reports and schedules
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and condition through inspections and preventative maintenance
- Ensure accurate receipt of products and proper delivery procedures
- Oversee employee performance appraisals and ensure timely completion
- Schedule staff and labor based on business activity and cost objectives
- Administer fair and consistent corrective action for policy violations
- Learn and manage all areas of restaurant operation through training and experience
- Comply fully with all health, safety, and labor regulations
- Develop and execute restaurant marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns
- Be knowledgeable of all managerial duties as detailed in the Managers Manual and unique to the restaurant
