Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel
  • Ability to work 50 hours per week including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage busy shifts

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience at Cracker Barrel preferred
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage both front-of-house and kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Oversee front and back of house restaurant operations
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Ensure excellent guest experience and customer service
  • Maintain operational compliance and standards
  • Lead by example to foster a culture of hospitality
  • Handle scheduling and labor management
