Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age where applicable
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
Ability to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing in English
Completion of ServSafe certification as required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage and lead teams
Basic knowledge of math and financial management

Job Duties

Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively
Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs
Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service
Ensure brand standards and systems are executed
Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
Manage labor costs, food costs, and cash through delegation and leadership
Ensure the safety and security of team and guests through focus on preventative maintenance and cleanliness
