Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age where applicable
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles
- Ability to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing in English
- Completion of ServSafe certification as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead teams
- Basic knowledge of math and financial management

Job Duties
- Promote a team environment by fostering respect, providing coaching and feedback, recognizing achievements, resolving employee concerns and communicating effectively
- Hire, train, and develop the right people and plan staffing levels to meet guest and business needs
- Hold guests as highest priority and role model exceptional guest service
- Ensure brand standards and systems are executed
- Drive sales through effective execution of restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- Manage labor costs, food costs, and cash through delegation and leadership
- Ensure the safety and security of team and guests through focus on preventative maintenance and cleanliness
