Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven leadership experience in restaurant management or related field
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
- current salaried management experience preferred
