We are currently seeking a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will lead and inspire both the service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience. You will carry forward our unique culture by maintaining a positive attitude and a passion for exceeding established standards in all aspects of restaurant operations. Your leadership will be key in setting clear expectations, maintaining open communication, and recognizing and rewarding team members who contribute to our success. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving team performance and customer satisfaction. We expect you to have proven abilities in developing teams and cultivating a performance-driven culture. You should have a thorough knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution in restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • proven leadership experience in restaurant management or related field
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • current salaried management experience preferred
