The Restaurant Manager at Yard House plays a pivotal role in maintaining the restaurant's high standards for service and quality. This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service and that team members are supported in their roles. As a leader in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, the Restaurant Manager is responsible for fostering teamwork, managing staff schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role demands a strong passion for culinary excellence and guest satisfaction, as well as the ability to lead, develop, and inspire a diverse team. Yard House offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, including weekly pay and eligibility for quarterly bonuses. Managers are supported with up to 3 weeks of paid time off within the first year, immediate access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a comprehensive retirement plan with generous company contributions. This position is designed to offer quality of life balance with a commitment to no more than 50 working hours per week and two guaranteed days off.
