Established in 1957, Invited has grown to become the largest owner and operator of private clubs across the United States, managing over 130 country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs. These clubs are celebrated for their exceptional amenities, including championship golf courses, modern workspaces, handcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, and fitness centers, providing unmatched experiences for their members.
Joining Invited means becoming part of a dynamic and inclusive team dedicated to excellence in hospitality. The company’s focus on quality service and member satisfaction creates an engaging work environment where employees are valued and supported. Invited offers both career growth and the opportunity to contribute to a distinguished brand that has maintained its strong reputation for over six decades.
The Restaurant Manager plays a pivotal role within Invited’s food and beverage operations by overseeing the daily service in the club’s restaurant. This junior management position reports directly to the Restaurant Director or Food & Beverage Director and is crucial in ensuring that every dining experience upholds the high standards of the club. The Restaurant Manager handles service quality, safety compliance, and operational efficiency, striving consistently to exceed member expectations.
This role involves supervising service staff, managing reservations and room setups, completing opening and closing procedures for meal periods, and actively participating in staff training and development. The Restaurant Manager is hands-on during low-volume periods, stepping in to provide direct service to maintain smooth operations. The position requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
Employees in this role are expected to maintain professionalism, uphold company policies, and promote safe working practices. They also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by addressing challenges proactively and supporting overall club goals. Invited values individuals who are committed to personal and professional growth, encouraging the maintenance of relevant certifications and participation in training programs.
This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, handle varying environmental conditions, and lift or carry up to 100 pounds occasionally. Proficiency with computer systems and point-of-sale technology is essential, as is discretion when handling confidential information.
Invited offers a competitive base pay determined by experience, education, and location. Full-time employees benefit from a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and generous paid time off. Invited fosters a supportive and rewarding workplace culture where employees can thrive professionally while contributing to exceptional member experiences. Potential candidates passionate about hospitality and eager to be part of a respected and expanding organization will find Invited to be an excellent place to grow their careers.
