Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years of polished casual or fine dining experience
- Minimum of 3 years salaried management experience preferred
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Strong and stable work history
- Basic computer proficiency preferred

Job Duties
- Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining fully staffed departments and fostering an inclusive environment
- Develop department associates through coaching and hold team accountable in a constructive and supportive way
- Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Create memorable guest experiences and participate in community outreach activities
- Manage department P&L, develop initiatives to build sales, increase profitability, and grow guest count
- Ensure all menu items are prepared according to recipe and uphold presentation standards
- Enforce safety and sanitation practices and maintain immaculate facilities
- Embody and promote the company’s Principles & Beliefs and foster a fun, passionate culture within the restaurant
