Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- availability to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
- willingness to work holidays and weekends
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
- at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
- strong leadership and people-management skills
- ability to manage both front and back-of-house operations
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to work under pressure and during busy shifts
Job Duties
- oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
- coach and develop team members to enhance performance
- manage inventory and supplies efficiently
- ensure high standards of guest experience and hospitality
- lead the restaurant through busy periods maintaining composure
- enforce company policies and operational procedures
- foster a positive and collaborative team environment
