Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • availability to work 50 hours per week including five 10-hour shifts
  • willingness to work holidays and weekends
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service

Job Qualifications

  • 2-5 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • at least 1 year of experience with Cracker Barrel preferred
  • strong leadership and people-management skills
  • ability to manage both front and back-of-house operations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capability to work under pressure and during busy shifts

Job Duties

  • oversee front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations
  • coach and develop team members to enhance performance
  • manage inventory and supplies efficiently
  • ensure high standards of guest experience and hospitality
  • lead the restaurant through busy periods maintaining composure
  • enforce company policies and operational procedures
  • foster a positive and collaborative team environment
