Job Requirements

  • 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week five 10-hour shifts
  • ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • a caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be fluent in English

Job Qualifications

  • 2 plus years of successful restaurant management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • proven ability to manage teams and provide excellent customer service
  • knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • fluency in English

Job Duties

  • lead and coordinate restaurant operations including front and back of house
  • manage and develop restaurant team members to uphold service standards
  • deliver excellent guest experiences through effective hospitality
  • monitor and maintain quality control and safety compliance
  • manage scheduling and labor resources efficiently
  • support business performance through sales and expense oversight
  • assist with training and onboarding new employees
