The company is known for its emphasis on leadership development, service quality, and a business-savvy approach that ensures sustained success in a competitive marketplace. Hillstone's reputation for excellence is built upon a foundation of strong values, including a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Their restaurants not only provide delicious cuisine but also memorable experiences that keep guests returning.

The role at Hillstone is designed for motivated individuals who are passionate about hospitality and excel in fast-paced environments. The position begins with an intensive 8-week, self-directed training program that immerses candidates in all facets of restaurant operations, from dining room service to kitchen management. This comprehensive training is supported by mentorship from experienced staff and management, ensuring new hires are well-prepared to take on leadership roles. After completing the program, the successful candidate will take on critical responsibilities such as leading and mentoring staff, managing inventory and operational efficiency, hiring and developing team members, supporting daily restaurant operations, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Additionally, this role involves engaging with guests to create memorable dining experiences and collaborating closely with a management team to drive the restaurant's success.

Hillstone offers competitive compensation, with a starting salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 based on experience. Performance-based pay is a significant component of the remuneration package, with many General Managers earning over $200,000 annually. Benefits include paid vacation, free meals at Hillstone-owned restaurants, and a comprehensive medical and dental plan. The company provides nationwide opportunities with flexibility for relocation, placing candidates based on their skill sets to maximize growth potential and operational success. This approach ensures that employees are positioned in roles and locations where they can most effectively contribute to the Hillstone brand and their own career advancement.

Hillstone is committed to diversity and inclusion, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and participating in E-Verify to confirm employees' identity and authorization to work. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a keen eye for detail, a passion for building strong relationships, and a drive to excel in delivering exceptional service. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply and can learn more through Hillstone's website or through featured profiles in prominent industry publications such as Bon Appetit magazine.

Joining Hillstone means becoming part of a dynamic, supportive team that values leadership, innovation, and a dedication to excellence.
