Job Duties
- start with an 8-week self-directed training program learning all roles from dining room to kitchen
- receive mentorship from experienced staff and management
- lead train and mentor staff
- oversee inventory management and ensure operational efficiency
- hire and develop team members
- support daily operations and maintain high standards of service
- engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
- collaborate with a management team to ensure the restaurant’s success
