Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
  • Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently
  • Ability to carry products/boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
  • Consistent operation of registers and product preparation
  • Ability to kneel, stoop, and perform physical tasks related to opening and closing store doors, cooler, and freezer
  • Consistent standing during serving customers and training
  • Effective communication with team members and guests

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or fast food operations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with inventory management and scheduling
