Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with guests and coworkers
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 15 pounds frequently
- Ability to carry products/boxes weighing up to 60 pounds
- Consistent operation of registers and product preparation
- Ability to kneel, stoop, and perform physical tasks related to opening and closing store doors, cooler, and freezer
- Consistent standing during serving customers and training
- Effective communication with team members and guests
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or fast food operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with inventory management and scheduling
Job Duties
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Food order and chicken order management
- Training and coaching team members
- Running a daily shift
- Forecasting and crew scheduling
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Supervise product production
- Unload and stock inventory items
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
- Promote the culture of High Noon Popeyes with integrity and honesty
