At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
Food Handlers Certification
Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
