- Minimum 2-3 years of recent restaurant management experience
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Valid Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- Experience working in a scratch kitchen environment
- Food Handlers Certification
- Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification
- Strong sense of urgency in fast-paced settings

Job Duties
- Ensure effective and smooth restaurant operations
- Engage in team member training and development
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Manage guest satisfaction to uphold Chuy's quality
- Oversee daily resource management including staffing and inventory
- Monitor and improve team performance
- Enforce compliance with food handlers and beverage server regulations
