Founded in 1982 in Austin, Texas, Chuy's has grown into a beloved dining destination, boasting a colorful and energetic culture that reflects the spirit of Texas. The restaurant is recognized not only for its delicious food, including Chuy's Famous 'Ritas, but also for its unique decor, from hand-carved wooden fish swimming from the ceiling to shiny hubcaps hanging above the booths. This distinctive environment makes Chuy's more than just a place to eat — it's an experience filled with personality and enjoyment.

Chuy's is currently seeking experienced Restaurant Managers who are hands-on, hardworking, and fun-loving to lead their teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings. These managers play a critical role in ensuring smooth, effective restaurant operations while fostering an inviting atmosphere for both guests and team members. The role includes overseeing daily restaurant activities, providing exceptional guest satisfaction, and contributing to team member training and development. Restaurant Managers at Chuy's are entrusted with maintaining food quality, safety, and sanitation standards in a scratch kitchen environment, which reflects the establishment's commitment to fresh, never frozen food. The compensation for this role varies by location, offering a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

The Restaurant Manager position at Chuy’s is not just about managing operations; it’s about leading with passion and commitment to uphold the restaurant’s reputation for excellence. Managers work closely with their teams to maintain an inclusive and diverse workplace culture that encourages growth and career advancement. Chuy’s emphasizes promoting from within, offering leadership development opportunities that help employees grow professionally and personally. Beyond operational leadership, managers are expected to contribute to a fun and engaging workplace that reflects the brand’s quirky and lively identity. This is a unique opportunity for individuals who enjoy fast-paced environments and are motivated by creating memorable guest experiences while leading a dynamic team.

Chuy’s provides comprehensive benefits designed to support the well-being and work-life balance of its employees. These benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid vacation, 401(k) matching, parental leave, casual work attire, employee wellness programs, and exclusive employee discounts. This package underscores Chuy’s commitment to its team, ensuring that managers feel valued and supported in their roles. If you are an experienced restaurant manager looking to join a company that values culture, growth, and excellence, Chuy’s offers a rewarding and exciting career path.
