Job Requirements
- Current, legal, and unrestricted ability to work in the United States
- High school or equivalent education required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- 3+ years of hospitality-related experience
- 2+ years of restaurant manager or leadership experience
- Current food handler's and TAM cards and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law
- Familiar with point-of-sale computers and software
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook Email

Job Duties
- Ability to professionally address customer complaints
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner
- Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- Estimates food and beverage costs
- Manages inventory and purchases food and supplies
- Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards
- Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance, schedules for service
- Hires and trains restaurant staff
- Organizes and oversees the staff schedules
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Oversees hiring, discipline, and termination of employees in accordance with restaurant policy
- Performs other duties as assigned
