We are currently seeking a Manager to join the team who will take on a critical leadership role within the restaurant. This position requires limited supervision but a high level of responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) functions. The Manager will be instrumental in ensuring that the restaurant maintains its superior standards in appearance, presentation, and customer experience. This role also involves providing professional leadership and direction to the employees, ensuring that team members are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with Bonefish Grill’s standards and values.

The Manager will be actively involved in staffing through scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, always maintaining high-quality employment standards consistent with the Bonefish Grill brand identity. Additionally, this role focuses heavily on employee development, with an emphasis on career growth opportunities for hourly team members. Maintaining a safe environment is paramount, and the Manager will implement effective security protocols to safeguard both employees and guests.

Operational integrity is another critical part of the role, including strict adherence to company policies, safety, sanitation standards, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. The Manager also responds to guest feedback and complaints, striving to build loyalty and continuously elevate the service standards throughout the restaurant.

To be successful, candidates are expected to have a comprehensive understanding of the entire menu and preparation standards, a willingness to engage with the local community and market opportunities, and dedication to fostering an inclusive and welcoming dining experience. Job Requirements

  • minimum age 21 years
  • one year previous restaurant management experience
  • willing and able to work a flexible schedule
  • willingness to relocate within assigned region preferred

Job Qualifications

  • one year previous restaurant management experience
  • experience in full service including bar restaurant management preferred
  • certification in food safety preferred
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred

Job Duties

  • assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring while maintaining high employment quality standards aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand
