Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced environment
- experience with full P&L responsibilities
- QSR experience preferred
- internal promote candidates must have at least 1 year as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager
- 100% certification in all workstations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to foster team collaboration and meet high standards
- willingness to role model effective leadership techniques
Job Qualifications

- QSR experience highly desired

Job Duties
- be a role model for restaurant excellence and lead the team in service and satisfaction
- ensure the team leaders and members meet standards and customer care needs
- guide and support professional development for your team
- partner with district manager and team leaders to support a collaborative restaurant community
- manage communication between restaurant, headquarters and franchise to share best practices and solve issues
- own and be accountable for specific restaurant management and human resource functions
- continually look for ways to improve restaurant operations and team performance
