Job Requirements

- Prior leadership experience required
- Minimum two years of experience in family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred

Job Duties
- Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Companys policies and applicable laws
- Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
- Assigning and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems
- Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employees success on the job and guest satisfaction
- Modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
- Occasionally assisting team members with category job duties as needed
- Assisting with building store sales by ensuring complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
- Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
- Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- Meeting and greeting guests, investigating and resolving food quality/service issues
- Assisting in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
- Enforcing safe work behaviors
- Monitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
- Controlling day-to-day operations including cash control/security procedures and reviewing financial reports
- Controlling food and labor costs through recipe adherence, portion control, inventory management, and effective labor scheduling
- Performing all other duties as assigned
