Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Companys policies and applicable laws
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training employees
  • Assigning and directing work
  • Appraising performance
  • Rewarding and disciplining employees
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure employees success on the job and guest satisfaction
  • Modeling professional behavior while creating a warm, friendly, and hospitable atmosphere
  • Occasionally assisting team members with category job duties as needed
  • Assisting with building store sales by ensuring complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
  • Championing sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximizing table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Meeting and greeting guests, investigating and resolving food quality/service issues
  • Assisting in maintaining efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
  • Ensuring OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met
  • Enforcing safe work behaviors
  • Monitoring daily activities to ensure quality food and cleanliness standards
  • Controlling day-to-day operations including cash control/security procedures and reviewing financial reports
  • Controlling food and labor costs through recipe adherence, portion control, inventory management, and effective labor scheduling
  • Performing all other duties as assigned
