As a full-time Restaurant Manager at New Culver's, you will play a pivotal role in upholding this legacy. Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must have a positive attitude and leadership qualities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control
  • Oversee customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and handle any concerns professionally
  • Train and develop staff to enhance performance and service standards
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and control costs
