Job Requirements
- must have high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant or related field
- food safety manager certification
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- knowledge of guest service standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle stressful situations
- basic financial literacy
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to travel occasionally
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform duties in varying temperature conditions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- supervise and lead crew members on assigned shifts
- ensure exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly
- maintain proper staffing levels and scheduling
- enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- monitor and assist in financial performance management and budgeting
- drive sales growth through suggestive selling and local marketing support
- enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
