Job Requirements

  • must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years management experience in restaurant or related field
  • food safety manager certification
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of guest service standards
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle stressful situations
  • basic financial literacy
  • willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to travel occasionally
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform duties in varying temperature conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • supervise and lead crew members on assigned shifts
  • ensure exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly
  • maintain proper staffing levels and scheduling
  • enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
  • monitor and assist in financial performance management and budgeting
  • drive sales growth through suggestive selling and local marketing support
  • enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests, employees, and assets
