Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work a 55-hour week including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- must pass background check including credit, driving, and criminal
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Previous high-volume restaurant management experience preferred
- familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems such as Aloha, OLO, and Compeat Radar
- strong leadership skills
- ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid driver’s license
- food safety and alcohol certifications
Job Duties
- Managing shift staffing
- executing standards of service
- leading daily pre-shift meetings
- coaching and developing team members
- participating in the hiring process
- conducting line checks
- ensuring recipe compliance
- maintaining food safety standards
- resolving guest concerns
- managing administrative tasks including shift notes and HACCP logs
- conducting staff reviews
