The employment type for this role is full-time, with an expected work week of about 55 hours including weekends and holidays. In this role, Support Managers lead the floor by managing shift staffing, executing service standards, and leading pre-shift meetings to set the tone for the day. Quality assurance is a critical component involving conducting line checks, ensuring recipe compliance, and maintaining strict food safety standards. Being tech-savvy with knowledge of Windows/Office and POS systems such as Aloha, OLO, and Compeat Radar is also essential.

Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work a 55-hour week including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- must pass background check including credit, driving, and criminal
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Previous high-volume restaurant management experience preferred
- familiarity with Windows/Office and POS systems such as Aloha, OLO, and Compeat Radar
- strong leadership skills
- ability to stay cool under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid driver’s license
