Hooters of North Little Rock is currently seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team. This leadership role is pivotal in managing various aspects of restaurant operations including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, drink presentation, and overall atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager acts as a key support to the General Manager, helping to ensure seamless operations aligned with company policies and standards. Responsibilities extend to overseeing vendor relationships to guarantee proper compensation and service delivery to meet business needs.
The ideal candidate will assist in recruiting both Front of House and Back of House employees, play an active role in training and developing restaurant staff, and manage the performance of hourly employees with a special focus on Front of House team members. Additionally, this role involves managing administrative duties such as payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting. Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- General knowledge in full service restaurant operations/hospitality industry
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Strong operational skills in a customer-service & hospitality environment
- Strong coaching skills
- Intermediate mathematical computations skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to manage changing priorities
- Valid ServSafe alcohol certification
- Must have any other legally required certification prior to beginning work
- Willingness to complete required certifications without compensation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- 2+ years of full service restaurant management experience in a complex & fast paced environment
- Successfully completed food safety/sanitation training
- Must be 21 years of age or older
