Job Requirements

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a similar environment
  • Valid food handlers certification
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive and motivating work environment
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
  • Food handlers certification or alcoholic beverage servers certification
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
  • Results driven and team oriented
