Job Requirements
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a similar environment
- Valid food handlers certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and motivating work environment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance
Job Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen
- Food handlers certification or alcoholic beverage servers certification
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
