Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- ServSafe certified
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment
- ability to drive and travel to other locations
- ability to perform basic math concepts
- proven analytical skills
- effective English communication
- ethical behavior and integrity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma for internal promote
- working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
- AA degree acceptable for external recruit
- BA/BS in business or related field preferred
- minimum 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
- minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
- ServSafe certification
- completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
- proficient computer skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong organizational and planning abilities
- ability to speak, read, and write in English effectively
- valid driver’s license and insurance
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are fully implemented
- develop internal candidates for leadership roles
- execute the Service Profit Chain and promote an employee-friendly environment
- motivate and inspire employees for high performance
- manage daily restaurant operations for excellent service and food quality
- respond promptly to guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
- maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
- analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends and implement improvements
- increase restaurant sales and profitability by executing business strategies
- monitor costs and adherence to budget
- comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies
