Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • ServSafe certified
  • valid driver’s license and insurance
  • ability to stand and walk 85-95% of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment
  • ability to drive and travel to other locations
  • ability to perform basic math concepts
  • proven analytical skills
  • effective English communication
  • ethical behavior and integrity

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma for internal promote
  • working toward AA or BA/BS degree preferred
  • AA degree acceptable for external recruit
  • BA/BS in business or related field preferred
  • minimum 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager or 2 years as First Assistant Manager for internal promote
  • minimum 3 years managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruit
  • ServSafe certification
  • completion of Restaurant Manager training classes
  • proficient computer skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong organizational and planning abilities
  • ability to speak, read, and write in English effectively
  • valid driver’s license and insurance

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
  • monitor staffing levels and ensure training systems are fully implemented
  • develop internal candidates for leadership roles
  • execute the Service Profit Chain and promote an employee-friendly environment
  • motivate and inspire employees for high performance
  • manage daily restaurant operations for excellent service and food quality
  • respond promptly to guest concerns and ensure positive resolution
  • maintain restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
  • analyze operational and financial performance to identify trends and implement improvements
  • increase restaurant sales and profitability by executing business strategies
  • monitor costs and adherence to budget
  • comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies
