Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management
- Food Safety Manager certification required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic math skills including add, subtract, multiply, divide
- Commitment to value diversity and respect for others
- Proven problem solving and stress management skills
- Ability to interpret financial statements
- Ability to perform all job duties
- Willingness to work extended work hours
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail management

- Willingness to work 50-55 hour work weeks

- Licensed to operate an automobile without restrictions
- Reliable transportation
Job Duties
- Supervise restaurant crew members and oversee shift operations
- Provide guests with excellent dining experience and uphold service and quality standards
- Work with General Manager to attract, hire, develop, and retain employees
- Ensure compliance with restaurant sanitation and food safety standards
- Assist in interpreting financial reports and managing budgets
- Drive sales growth through effective local marketing and suggestive selling
- Monitor safety and security procedures to protect guests and assets
