Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work approximately 47.5 hour work week
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Independence and initiative
- Passion for teamwork
- Ability to provide a friendly guest atmosphere
- Engage and build relationships with guests and staff
- Creative ability to work with the community
- Must be 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the USA
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
- Experience in fast food or quick casual high-volume restaurants preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Ability to engage and build relationships with guests and staff
- Creativity to work with the community and build sales
