Job Description

Our rapidly growing, family-owned restaurant group operates in vibrant locations including Austin, TX, and Jacksonville, FL. We specialize in a scratch-made, counter-service dining concept that seamlessly blends speed and quality with a genuine, full-service hospitality approach. Unlike many fast-casual establishments, we emphasize warmth, inclusivity, and a mentorship-driven environment where early-career leaders have the opportunity to grow and advance professionally within the hospitality industry. We are committed to maintaining a supportive and people-first culture that values every team member's contributions, ensuring that the workplace remains both collaborative and structured with a close-knit leadership team. This dedication to fostering leadership from within and treating every employee as a valued contributor has positioned us as a preferred employer for those looking to build a long-term career in restaurant management.

The role of Restaurant Front-of-House Manager is crucial for maintaining the high standards that define our brand. This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $60,000 annually with additional performance-based bonus potential, providing an attractive compensation package. The Front-of-House Manager will oversee all daily operations on the floor, ensuring that each guest receives attentive, authentic hospitality from the moment they enter. This hands-on leadership position requires a visible presence on the floor, where the manager will coach, train, and develop the front-of-house team to uphold our quality and service standards. Beyond day-to-day operations, the Front-of-House Manager partners with the back-of-house leadership to guarantee a smooth, seamless service flow.

This role also involves scheduling and shift planning responsibilities, labor cost management awareness, and onboarding of new staff members. The ideal candidate will be a resilient leader with strong communication skills and a calm, fair approach to team management. Willingness to work varied restaurant hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Preference is given to candidates with bilingual abilities, particularly English and Spanish, and those who bring cross-training experience or familiarity with scratch-made or high-volume hospitality concepts. Joining our team means gaining opportunities to learn not only front-of-house but also back-of-house operations, increasing your industry knowledge and leadership skills. This comprehensive managerial role is designed for those eager to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment, making it more than just a job but a meaningful career path. We invite passionate hospitality leaders to apply and become part of a company where their talent and dedication will be valued and nurtured.
