Job Requirements
- High school diploma or high school equivalency required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid manager food safety certification or ability to obtain it
- Ability to stand for 10 hours
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or high school equivalency required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Possess or be able to obtain valid manager food safety certification or other food/alcohol certification as required by state law
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Experience with financial management and budgeting
- Knowledge of food safety and labor regulations
Job Duties
- Be strong brand stewards and ensure each guest receives excellent service by leading and modeling the 1-4-7 philosophy
- Develop a strong and motivated team through recruitment, communication and training plans
- Identify strategies to retain and develop the best Team Members
- Lead Team Members through coaching, discipline and adherence to the brand standards
- Execute positive financial results, including meeting sales goals and optimizing P&L
- Ensure that restaurant facilities consistently meet brand standards
- Abide by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including preventing over-serving or serving underage guests
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations
