The Manager role at Bonefish Grill is a dynamic leadership position responsible for overseeing the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations daily. This role requires balancing operational responsibilities with team leadership, ensuring high standards in restaurant presentation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety regulations. With limited supervision, the Manager directs staffing efforts such as recruiting, interviewing, and hiring, aiming to maintain employment quality aligned with the Bonefish Grill brand. The Manager is also integral in fostering the career growth of hourly staff, supporting their development and engagement.

Key responsibilities include maintaining effective security protocols to safeguard employees and guests, ensuring all health inspections meet mandated standards, and responding promptly to guest feedback to build loyalty and uphold service benchmarks. The Manager must be knowledgeable about the entire menu and preparation standards to support a consistently exceptional dining experience. Additionally, they engage with community and market-related opportunities to enhance the restaurant’s presence and reputation.

This position requires a flexible working schedule, with a minimum of one year of previous restaurant management experience, preferably in a full-service setting inclusive of bar operations. Candidates should be at least 21 years old and possess or be willing to obtain food safety certification. Additionally, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the potential willingness to relocate within the assigned region are beneficial. The compensation for this role varies by location and may include bonuses based on eligibility and business performance.
