The Restaurant Manager position is a full-time role with a competitive pay rate of 24.50 dollars per hour. This role is pivotal to the daily operational success of our restaurant. Job Duties

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and food quality
  • Train mentor and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
  • Oversee kitchen management including food preparation inventory control and compliance with health regulations
  • Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours
  • Develop and monitor budgets including cost control measures related to labor and food expenses
  • Handle cash management and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings
