Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
At least 2 years of related experience or training
Ability to read and interpret financial and written information
Proficient in English communication both written and verbal
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions and data
Physical ability to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Willingness to adhere to safety and security procedures

Job Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Able to read and interpret financial and written information
Able to speak and understand English both written and verbally
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
Able to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions and data

Job Duties

Capable of leading and directing others
Follows service standards and sequence of service as outlined in the figure 8
Responsible for ensuring that all employees follow Sizzler USA policies and procedures
Oversees all areas of the restaurant to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and team members
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Manages difficult or emotional guest situations
Responds promptly to guest needs
