Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week including five 10-hour shifts
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • Exhibits a caring attitude with dedication to hospitality
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Must be fluent in English

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dedication to hospitality and customer service excellence
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Fluency in English

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities
  • Lead and support a diverse team to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with home office for continuous support and guidance
  • Drive business results through effective management and customer service
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
