Known for its blend of rustic charm and upscale amenities, Paws Up Montana offers guests an unparalleled experience that combines outdoor adventure with sophisticated relaxation. As a destination, it caters to discerning travelers seeking not only a retreat but a comprehensive immersion into luxury ranch life, complete with world-class dining, high-end accommodations, and curated experiences. The resort prides itself on outstanding hospitality, exceptional service standards, and a commitment to creating memorable moments for every visitor. This esteemed establishment has cultivated a reputation as a leader in the luxury travel and resort industry, setting high expectations for both its guests and staff.

At Paws Up Montana, the Restaurant Service Manager plays a critical role in upholding the resort's esteemed reputation in food and beverage service. This full-time, year-round position is based in Greenough and offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to contribute to an extraordinary dining experience. The Restaurant Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that every facet of the dining experience—from the elegant restaurants to catered events—is executed flawlessly and with a commitment to excellence. This entails overseeing the timing and quality of services, maintaining the high standards of service expected by the guests, and collaborating closely with other departments such as Food & Beverage and Culinary teams.

The successful candidate will develop and implement training programs designed to sustain these service standards, while also managing staff schedules in line with business volume and labor budgets. This role requires a deep understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems and reservation platforms such as Open Table, as well as extensive knowledge of menu items and allergen considerations. The manager will also be responsible for managing beverage sales, costs, tracking, and profitability, ensuring that the dining operations run smoothly and profitably. Leadership and teamwork are essential components of this role, as the manager will participate in recruiting, hiring, and mentoring the Food & Beverage team to achieve outstanding service delivery consistently.

Joining Paws Up Montana means becoming part of a team committed not only to luxury service but also to fostering a dynamic, supportive workplace culture that values career development, employee well-being, and inclusivity. The resort offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement plans with employer match, and more, designed to support employees both personally and professionally. For those who are passionate about the intersection of hospitality, food, and beverage service, and looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a prestigious resort setting, this position offers a rare and exciting opportunity to grow and thrive while contributing to memorable guest experiences.
